Laurie Holden is the Senior Business Leader of Device Innovation for the Global Innovation Institute at the Hospital for Special Surgery. She is responsible for driving the assessment and commercialization of medical device innovation at HSS.
Laurie has spent more than 20 years in health care technology leadership roles, spanning the digital and medical device landscapes. Prior to joining HSS, Laurie served as a Director of Marketing and Business Development for Stryker Corporation’s Spine division. In these roles, she specialized in new product launches, product lifecycle management, reimbursement strategy and M&A integration. Before Stryker, Laurie spent 9 years in health care information technology, developing solutions to automate transactions between provider and payer organizations.
Laurie holds an MBA in Health Care Management from the Wharton School and a BA in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from Princeton University.
